Hi! First post. I recently installed Arch and while I've more or less been sailing smooth just by using the wiki, I've ran into a headscratcher here.
The issue is the alert noise Discord makes while minimized begins with a popping noise and it skips a little bit when doing so.
I have tried following along with the PulseWave troubleshooting steps on the wiki, namely the 'tsched=0' modification both with and without the 'snd-hda-intel' options set. I've also tried a .config/pulse/default.pa that unloads the module for suspending while idle, but that also had no effect. I'm using a Thinkpad E490s, my system is up to date, and I don't know where to go next to troubleshoot this. What information would be useful for troubleshooting this? And are there other possible solutions I haven't tried yet?
EDIT: I can recreate a similar popping effect when I click the mute/deafen buttons in app. Calls and other such things work fine - no audio issues there. It seems like there's a delay maybe when Discord tries to initiate making sounds? If I spam the mute/deafen button fast enough the sounds play out fully how they're supposed to, it only does the popping noise if I wait in between clicking.
