Bluetooth doesn't detect any device

Hello, I'm getting an issue with bluetooth as the post's title says.

- I have started the bluetooth.service
- rfkill tells me that my devices are all unlocked
- I tested with gnome-bluetooth and bluetoothctl
- everything is working fine when I switch on Windows. I also saw a post which indicates Windows locks the bluetooth card when it isnt enabled, so I did that but it still doesn't work
- I tested with my phone and a bluetooth speaker

Since you didn't mention it I will ask:
you are aware that you have to re-pair your devices when you reboot your machine from windows to arch, and vice versa, again and again ?

Hello, sorry for necrobumping, but it still doesn't work.
And yes, I know I have to re-pair, I just mentionned that bluetooth perfectly works on Windows, so that's a software issue, not hardware.
