After suspend scrolling two fingers not working. My laptop is a Dell Vostro 5391. I install xorg-input-libinput. KDE determines the touchpad and when the system starts, everything works, but after closing the laptop cover or pausing the system, scrolling stops working, the usual tap continues to work. There is also a problem with the microphone, but I think it's better to open another question for this. My touchpad:
