Computer Locks Up Randomly No Error in Log

Hello, so I use Arch on my desktop computer with a Ryzen 7 1700 CPU. The computer is on 24/7 and had about 12 days uptime. For the most part, Arch works flawlessly. However today when I went to use the computer, it was not responding at all, no response to keyboard or mouse or network pings. Hitting num lock on keyboard did nothing. I was forced to reset. When looking at the SystemD logs, I noticed an entry about gnome-shell than nothing. There was no indication that the system had crashed. Any ideas to what is going on. Thanks!

Are there other logs I should be looking at other than journalctl?
