[irrelevant] Enabling GPU recovery for Navi cards

Looking through journalctl after a crash that can clearly be traced to my new Navi card, I see `[drm] GPU recovery disabled` and so think "maybe I should enable that?" Looking this up I see that in the next kernel, this will be enabled by default, but I wonder if I could turn it on myself.

Looking over at the Arch Wiki and a list of such options I think I can do this. However, I'm always hesitant to deviate from the defaults when I'm not sure what exactly it is I'm doing.

My plan was to make a file `/etc/modprobe.d/gpuRecovery.conf` with `options amdgpu gpu_recovery=1`. This seems simple enough, but I really would rather not make things worse for myself when in truth I have no idea what I'm doing.

Is this safe? Will that work?

edit: With 5.6 now in Core this question is irrelevant.
