[SOLVED] Cannot connect to internet through ethernet

Hi,

I just installed Arch for first time and I cannot conect to internet.  I find advice, where was this:

1. First bring up your interface:
ip link set dev enp7s0 up
2. Then when it is up run Dhcp to pull an IP from the server:
dhcpcd enp7s0
That should get you conected

I made a first step to make port UP (ip link set dev enp7s0 up), but I cannot make second step, because I do not have dhcpcd installed and I cannot install it, because I am not connected to internet.

Any advice, what can I do?

Boot using the installation media, chroot in,  install network relating packages.
