Laptop with Arch Linux after installation without sound

Hi, I already tried with pulseaudio and at that moment uninstalled it, my archlinux does not work the sound neither in the speaker nor in the earphone, I already read the pages in the wiki and searched in forums before asking the question, here is the result of the alsa-info information script:

I noticed that whenever I close and open the laptop the sound starts working. I took a look at the wiki looking for lid close and suspend, I also asked on reddit, but nothing works

Just from that amixer output everything looks alright. Make sure your speakers/headphones are properly connected. What command/program are you using to test?

I try using the headphones and the speakers of the laptop.
Testing with speaker_test, speaker_test -c 2 and YouTube in Chromium.

I tested using the LTS kernel and it remains the same, the sound works only when closing the laptop and opening it again = suspending

So it does eventually work, so then it's some initial HW state error. If you have Windows installed, ensure https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Du … ibernation fast startup is disabled. If not, try updating your BIOS/UEFI they often have bugs that lead to incorrect initial states.
