Install Arch via WWAN

Hello.
Can I install Arch via WWAN? Installation cd do not have Network Manager. I don't have other connections. Only WWAN (Sierra Wireless EM 7345).

The installation media has the ppp package installed.

Alternatively do you have a mobile phone you could tether to?

I do not have mobile phone with Internet access. Only WWAN built in laptop.
