Steam not opening

hello guys, i jsut installed steam from the repos, when i first launched it it downlaoded the update... after updating i cant launch it anymore. An update dialog appears and crashes right after

Reads like you didn't install your 32bit OpenGL drivers: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Steam#Installation

Allright that did the trick,thankyou.
I just tried playing Dota2 but its so lagy that it is unplayable. I just installed ubuntu in a subvolume to test it out there and it is working smooth.
I am not sure why this is happening on arch. I am using a nvidia 1070ti with latest nvidia drivers

Dota runs on vulkan so you'll need lib32-vulkan-icd-loader as well.
