enable new camera on thinkpad t540p

Hello, I've got a Thinkpad T540p which came without an integrated camera
so I took the camera of my old Thinkpad (same model).
After reboot I could not find the device in /dev/ nor with lspci and lsusb.
Also here was no bios option to enable the camera.

The Fn-F7 with the camera symbol on it was mapped to display configuration in my kde settings because originally there was no camera
but I could not find any corresponding setting to map enable/disable camera in kde settings or somewhere else.

I think most likely the problem is to enable the webcam via Fn-Keys.
