Hello everyone! Today i was try update a bleachbit, pacman proposes to establish dependence python-scandir-1.10.0-2. After that, bleachbit run in invisible window. Taskbar is show me opened ico, the top command shows me that process was run, but he doesn't run dialog window. Btw, in pacman -Qdt now shows that dependence free of bleachbit.
And one more thing, same situation do with the terminator. When i try update, he's try update dependence python-dbus-1.2.16-1 python-psutil-5.7.0-1. But after install, command pacman -Qdt shows me thats dependence is free too. And ofcourse terminator isnt work at all.
UDP
I'm found some interesting. I'm use two DE, on default tty the budgie desktop, on another i3wm
These propgramms dind't start only on budgie desktop, on i3wm they work fine
(For the sake of experiment, I only updated these programs with the dependencies described above. I have no idea how this affects the result of launching in different environments)

Now I tried updating bleachbit and terminator using the -Sdd pacman flag (only package without dependencies). After that they did not work. The problem with the compilation code of the packages themselves

Please paste the output of `pacman -Syu --debug`
Offline
It produces a lot of lines, everything is not flushed to the buffer at the terminal. I tried do sudo pacman -Syu --debug > log.txt, but it copy only head of pacmans update

UPD I found solution. Idk how it's work, but i just clean config files in home .config folder of bleachbit and terminator, and they works.
But pacman -Qdt steal show python2-gobject python2-psutil python-scandir
How can i fix that?
sudo pacman -D --asdeps was not help

And that fixed too.
First method - pacman -D --asexplicit 'name pakage' and after that depends is clear
More accuracy methot - just remove and reinstall with pacman -Rsscn terminal bleachbit pacman -Sy terminator bleachbit
Now pacman -Qdt is clear

UPD
bleachbit did not start in the window due to a line in the .conf/bleachbit/bleachbit.ini
window_maximized = True
Thats happen when you maximize window of bleachbit in DE
Change for = False will fix bug

Do yourself a favor and stop using bleachbit. It saves you a comparatively minimal amount of space which large potential of breaking your system in potentially subtle ways that will be hard to debug.

I'm not too experienced to clean everything by hand, this will be the next step in the future

agree, if you want to see what's hogging your space, try ncdu
for terminator, because its handled by new team, for terminator 1.92-1 they need python-gobj, that wasn't added as depdency, more info here https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/66329, but afaik the new update on 1.92-2, those dependency has been added
