Not able to download this package. Googling tells me this is something regarding a maximum file size for the servers.
The package isn't actually large though, I don't understand what's going on here. Anything else downloads/installs just fine.

Your pacman database is out of date. The current version of acpi_call is 1.1.0-311. Try "pacman -Syu acpi_call".

doh, thank you. I ironically updated like this after trying to install acpi_call to see if other packages would install.
