kernel: x86/cpu: VMX (outside TXT) disabled by BIOS

Since the 5.6 kernel series, I get this in my journal at the level of warning (-p 3).
Of course I disabled that in BIOS long ago, but why is it now popping up as a warning?

OP, did you solve this? Did it cause problems? I've just noticed this message, too, during boot.

I didn't research it too much, and it causes no problem, just spams my journal.
