Hey folks,
I am following the tutorial in the Arch Linux Forums for installing an alternative library for fprintd. Unfortunatelly, it does not work as described, since fprintd does not use libfprint provided by libfprint-vfs0097-git. Instead, it tells me libfprint-vfs0097-git and libfprint are in conflict and removing libfprint breaks dependency 'libfprint-2.so=2-64' required by fprintd. How can I resolve this issue?
Best, v.

Always check aur page for comments before using something from aur.
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libf … s0097-git/ has your anwer.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
