[solved][KDE] plasma 5.18.4 - missing texture for task bar and setting

edit: no need to spend time on this, I reinstalled.

Hello,

I have plasma 5.18.4 and I have this texture problem in the task bar and settings. I can click on the task bar, sddm and use the system settings though so my desktop is usable.

Would anybody here know how I can fix that ?
