Unallocated space within partion

Hey
my home partition is 900 Gb.I wanted to make a 300 Gb partition for installing windows.
i used a live usb and resized my partition.
but how to make partition with this unused space?

How exactly did you "resize" your partition? there's no unallocated space in that screenshot.

used arch live usb and run resize2fs /dev/sda3 614400
it took me an hour.

So you've resized the filesystem, now you need to resize the actual partition.

Side note: I assume you've made backups before starting this.
