gnome crash

It seems that if start talking via slack and press Super key to run applications gnome crashes and see grey screen with button logout
In the log I found line: gnome-shell: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server :0
Could it by caused by an gnome extension or it's related to gnome core / X?

It could be cosmic rays.
If you long for a more informed opinion, you'll have to provide more … information. Your system journal as well as ideally coredumps ("man coredumpctl").
