Wayland nVidia Optimus

Hi,

Related to [this](https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NVIDIA_Optimus) page, is it possible to run a Wayland server on iGPU/APU, and XWayland/X11 on the GPU? In order to have the desktop like I said and the games windowed like I said. (naturally on a laptop)

Re: Wayland nVidia Optimus

What should work because this does it how you think it does it, is use the bumblebee approach. But that has the normal short comings of bumblebee regarding relatively low performance. Other approaches won't work as far as I know because for them to work, nvidia needs to see and communicate with your intel gpu, which it won't be able to by design.

Re: Wayland nVidia Optimus

Wayland in general isn't, as far as I know there exists no implementation that can do this natively yet. But my knowledge could be outdated here.
