Incorrect Battery Status Information - Lenovo X1 Extreme

Hoping for some help here. I have a fresh install of Arch with the KDE desktop. All is working perfectly except for the battery information. Its all over the place. I switched the machine on this morning after being plugged into a dock (charging via USB-C) overnight and the battery information is showing at 10%. Further more, it hasnt moved all day and yet displays that its charging. I have check multiple other threads including this one and this one but none seem to help my situation.

I'm pretty new to Arch so not entirely sure where to begin troubleshooting so I have provided some information below in the hope its useful.
