How to set up RDP on Qemu KVM machine over internet?

Hello!

I've been trying to set up RDP to work on a Arch Linux hosted Windows 10 VM.
The host machine is not local so I am trying to connect to the Windows VM over the internet but its not working, its not connecting.
The networking setup on the VM is NAT, I tried bridge mode but then it had no connection to the internet and I would just like to use NAT anyway.
