Network manager vpn connection

I have some services that I want to access over VPN. I am using NetworkManager That VPN has access to internal services (no internet access). I have configured a connection. How can it make it so traffic goes through VPN only for some domains and its subdomains. Or that if DNS name not found on default DNS, then it tries finding it through VPN.

I have tried "Use this connection only for resources on its network"
Without it, there is no connection to the internet, but services over VPN work
With its internet is working, but slow. It seems that it first tries over VPN, and when request times out it tries without VPN. Also, services over VPN don't work.

But adding static routes in the way described there won't work for me, because there is a lot of services and they all change IP quite often.
