[SOLVED] Multi-monitor setup with hybrid gpu using PRIME

Hi I'm trying to use a second monitor on my lenovo P53.
I used PRIME gpu offloading to setup hybrid graphics but I'm not able to setup a second screen via HDMI.
This is my actual xorg.conf

I tried using intel-virtual-output and prime-run intel-virtual-output but the result is

No VIRTUAL outputs on ":0".

I think the monitor is recognised because in nvidia-settings i have a tab called HDMI-0-(ACER K24HL)
so the monitor is present but I have no idea how to set it up since prime-run doesn't change anything.

I'm pretty sure PRIME works since prime-run glxinfo | grep "OpenGL renderer" returns

OpenGL renderer string: Quadro T1000/PCIe/SSE2

The output hangs on the nvidia chip, you'll have to reverse prime and for that the nvidia chip must be powered on all the time. I'm not sure whether that's even possible w/ the prime-run approach.

Well trying the reverse prime part of the article in the wiki gives this error so I'm starting to think that I can't use the prime run approach

I'll try bumblebbe and see if it works.

In the end I solved using optimus-manager because when running on the discrete gpu hdmi is supported without any problem.
