(Solved) KDE opengl on Nvidia shows a black desktop

Hi, need help pls, if this is at all doable and im not sure how kde and its problems are addressed in this forum.

If i enable opengl in KDE i get either a small fraction of the usual desktop or a black screen with the default panel rendered properly.Application launcher works,so does mouse and keyboard,wifi and other apps opens.In fact most of the things work except that the desktop is black or is a fraction of what it should be. There could be other problems but i found most of the apps opening.
Is there anyway at all to get it working or what could be the reason of the desktop shrinking or being black beats me.I tried with nvidia modeset as 1 doesnt work either.

System is updated.
Linux chicu 5.6.13-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu, 14 May 2020 06:52:53 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Xorg log file : http://ix.io/2mKr

And the thing is XRender works so it has to be opengl.

Using Vsync to Blank  and Powermixer setting to Autoin Nvidia Settings resolved it Havent seen it come back since.
