How make, that IceWM start, then start computer?

If in inittab line is 'x:5:respawn:/opt/kde/bin/kdm -nodaemon', then not work "Num Lock", if '#x:5:once:/bin/su al -l -c "/bin/bash --login -c startx >/dev/null 2>/dev/null"', then, then close Skype not show it icon in toolbar.
