[SOLVED] Boot time takes a while

When I boot up, it takes a couple of minutes to get to the login screen (I'm using KDE), then it takes time to actually load the desktop. Once I'm in the desktop it runs fine.
While loading before logging in, this shows up:

Starting version-245.5-2-arch
/dev/nvme0n1p2: clean #/# files, #/# blocks
[ TIME ] timed out waiting for device /dev/disk/by-uuid/5a1ebb29-0e96-4772-b9ad-7c82fe56f4c7.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for /dev/disk/by-uuid/5a1ebb29-0e96-4772-b9ad-7c82fe56f4c7.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for Swap. 

Obviously, there seems to be something wrong with the swap partition, but I'm not sure what to do. (I'm a completely new with Arch and linux as a whole.)
I did have a previous install of arch (I didn't do anything with it besides adding a user) and I reinstalled it.

My main question is, is there a way I can completely wipe arch off of my drive,either in arch or with the install usb, so I can reinstall? Or is there a simpler option I can do to make it boot / login faster?

If the failing swap partition is listed in fstab you could fix it or disable it.  If it is not listed in /etc/swap it may be being generated by systemd-gpt-auto-generator.

I don't have /etc/swap, what should I do? Also, my drive is MBR.

I meant /etc/fstab as in the first link I provided.  A swap entry in fstab would be

UUID=5a1ebb29-0e96-4772-b9ad-7c82fe56f4c7 none  swap   defaults  0      0

So is disabling it a permanent solution or should I try to fix it? I noticed that I had to swapon the parition myself. Will making it do that on boot fix it?

Disabling it would only prevent systemd from attempting and failing to start that fstab entry which would speed up boot but not fix having to manually enable swap.
If you enable swapon with

# swapon /dev/sdxy

Check the entry of /dev/sdxy in the output of

# blkid

If the UUID matches the UUID listed in the fstab.

It's not the same, so if I change the /etc/fstab to what it said in blkid, it should be fine?
