Hi,
I used to be able to fix the low volume issue on my Apple Airpods (Gen 2) by following these instructions on the Arch Linux Wiki. However, after switching to macOS for a while, I returned to Arch and I am now unable to fix the low volume issue using the same instructions. My Airpods were using factory firmware when I originally used Arch with them, however since using macOS they have auto updated to firmware version 2D15. I have no idea if the newer firmware is preventing me from fixing the issue. Additionally, I have re-paired and reset the Airpods, but have had no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
