While using alt+tab there is a white border around windows. I would like to change it appearance like color or width but I can't find anything in default config. I red man of picom but couldn't find anything abut this.
I've tried to find something about borders but with no success.

The alt-tab thingy is not done by picom. It's (probably) part of your window manager.

Maybe but before change from xfce default compositor there was no border

In the XFCE settings tool, open the section "window manager tweaks", then on the first tab named "cycling" look for a check box named "draw frame around selected window while cycling". I'm guessing that's the border you are talking about.
If that setting is not the border you are seeing, maybe share more details about what you are doing. Can you try to take a screenshot? I would try to find out how to take a screenshot from the command line, then do something like "sleep 3; screenshot-command-here" in a terminal window to get a few seconds delay to have time to do alt-tab before the screenshot happens.

I was sure that it wasn't visible before picom but I don't know now.
Is there a (simple) way to change a look of this frame?
