I'm trying to change my wallpaper, but when I right-click on the desktop and click on "Configure Desktop", an empty window shows up labeled "Desktop Folder Settings".
I've likely done one of two things: uninstalled something necessary, or turned on a non-default setting that I'd rather not have on.
If it's a package, what would it be called?
If it's a setting, where could I find it?
Bonus question: Is there a work-around for next time?

Please replace the oversized (forum max is 200x200) image w/ a link.
My first approach would be to suspend the compositor (SHIFT+alt+F12) to see whether the client just managed to set the alpha to 0 (alternatively this might be a GL error that *might* be sidestepped by ridding the compositor)

I went through last night and set defaults on most of the entries in System Settings, but nothing changed.
I forgot to log out and log back in. When I logged in this morning, the window worked fine from the right-click menu.
I'm going to try to replicate the issue this evening if I can and post back the specific solution before marking it as [solved].
Thanks
