bad characters in file manager and browser maybe xorg [SOLVED]

I have this problem for a moth and i spent the last week trying to resolve it.
i've tried xorg configuration, amd conf, installing fonts, etc.
i'm using Qtile

Please replace the oversized image w/ a link or thumbnail (200x200 px max)

Pango dropped support for bitmap fonts about a year ago, see https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=248032 - install and configure some ttf or otf font.

it was a font problem i installed a lot maybe the one is ms-fonts
