Vendor logo at boot

Hi guys, I was trying to have a clean boot after setting up my arch installation,
I followed the steps in wiki, and it works well .

On installing Plymouth, I am still seeing vendor logo ( ASUS ) in boot  time.
Current Sequence on booting - Vendor Logo -> Plymouth animation -> Vendor logo -> Window Manager

I installed grub-silent package and configured as per the instructions-

My mkinitcpio.conf modifications -

HOOKS=(base systemd autodetect modconf block filesystems keyboard fsck resume sd-plymouth)
MODULES=(i915)

What should I do to disable the second appearance of vendor logo ?
couldn't find the respective instructions in the wiki

Did you configure plymouth smooth transition?

I am not using any display manager, booting directly to the wm
btw I figured it out, apparently the vendor logo is preloaded in Linux Kernel  which can be disabled by fbcon=nodefer

But now that that short Vendor Logo animation is replaced by a black screen in that short interval [2-3 s] between plymouth animation and Window manager screen.
Is there any way I can directly transition to Desktop Screen from Plymouth animation.

Here is my .xinitrc

Nothing to do with your current issue but your ~/.xinitrc is incorrect which will cause other problems in the future.

I don't have any scripts to source from /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d so I removed the rest of the stuff from /etc/X11/xinitrc
Is this wrong practise somehow ?
