Amarok gst10 plugin?

This is not package request - I'm just interested.

Why it isn't available anywhere? Is it broken/not working right?

AFAIK gstreamer support has been temporarily removed  (started at 1.4) from Amarok because it was not stable/good enough. Not sure when it will be back.
