Good morning, I installed Arch Linux, but how do I make my other hard drives appear, so that I can access them, they are with NTFS partition. I appreciate the help.

If you are ok with read-only access to those drives, just use the mount command.

Incase you want read/write access you'll need to install ntfs-3g , see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NTFS-3G
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
