System won't start after upgrading to linux-5.7.2: freezes after boot

Hello!

I just upgraded to linux-5.5.7.2 and my macbook pro broke, it does boot (so it's not related to the backlash issues I saw described in another posts), but it randomly freezes without any error, sometimes about the time the login system is starting, sometimes starting the network interface or dhcp. I thought it may be related to the bcwc-pcie driver but I tried uninstalling it and making a new initcpio without any changes. Finally I downgraded to 5.6.14 and everything started working again. I'm sorry this post doesn't contain a lot of useful information but I saw no error whatsoever. I can try to get some more information or test something if you guide me to do so.

Thanks

Check your GPU. If it is Intel i915, there is a known issue with this GPU and the latest kernel.
