Need help troubleshooting random system freeze

Hi,

I use Arch on my XPS 13 9360 (in dual-boot with Windows 10), with KDE Plasma. It has been a few weeks now that my system sometimes randomly freezes. It is pretty rare (maybe a couple of times per week). Symptoms are as follows:
- The mouse cursor still moves as expected on the screen, but nothing else responds.
- If music was playing, it continues as normal. Even goes to the next song in the queue when a song is finished.
- Ctrl + Alt + Fx still works, and that's how I get out of this situation. I log into another tty, and then reboot.
- Half of the times, eventually, reboot won't work (hangs on a black screen) and I have to hard stop the laptop with the power button.

Apart from that annoying problem, everything works just fine. I don't really know how to troubleshoot this. I can't see any failed services ('systemctl --failed' doesn't see any failed unit). There is one error in the journal output with a timestamp that could correspond to the freezing:

juin 21 15:22:12 bobby systemd-udevd[274]: could not read from '/sys/module/pcc_cpufreq/initstate': No such device

But I don't know what to do with this.

Sounds like your issue is with X, not your system. You want to look at dmesg and your xorg.log after a freeze.
