pacman mirrors have been "up to date" for months

I found that my mirrors basically won't update themselves. Is that even normal?

Which command produced that output?
Have you tried updating /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist manually?
What does your /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist look like?
Can't you post text instead of images?
