[SOLVED]error: failed retrieving file from xxx return error 404

I just update my system:

sudo pacman -Syu

Then I got error:

I only find the version 0.12.11-4. I didn't know where to find the old version. I'm new to the arch, so could anyone help me?

Your primary mirror may be having problems, check it's status at https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/status/

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
