What about adding a note over the color section...

...of default grub configuration file /mnt/boot/grub/menu.lst?

I think it would be better instead of:

color light-blue/black light-cyan/blue

something like:

#color normal [highlight]
#The format of a color is `FOREGROUND/BACKGROUND'
#Color name must be one of those:
#black, blue, green, cyan, red, magenta, brown, light-gray
#or those, but only for the foreground:
#dark-gray, light-blue, light-green, light-cyan, light-red, light-magenta, yellow, white
color light-blue/black light-cyan/blue

What do you think?

If you're particularly concerned about it, submit a feature request. IMO, it's a menu that you see for a few seconds at reboot, if at all - its colours aren't exactly critical, and the relevant info is easily located for anyone who wants to know more.
