[solved] arch_stuck_ep_2 no wifi in fresh install

So today i was able to insall fresh/minimal installation of arch and  Internet connectivity is completely dead. i have pc with PCI-e wifi adapter and mobile tethering which neither of then works. (i also have no access to eathernet connection)
i have nearly 0 experience with linux networking stuff so i dont even know how to explain things.
im (again) stuck on my phone and unable to copy command output

What is the VID:PID and driver of the adapter used on the installation media?  (lspci -nnk)
What network connection was used to install arch linux?
Please post the journal from a boot with the issue.  Boot live media,  setup networking if needed,  chroot in,  post the journal to a pastebin.
