2 XFCE probems

Hi,
I´ve installed arch with xfce desktop with 2 problems:

1. while xfce start is a maybe 1 sec disorder, it looks like  the framebuffer is not cleared correct or something like that. My GPU is AMD Raedon R9 390 and I use the amdgpu driver.
Anybody has an idea?

2. I´ve downloaded a iconset from gnome-org (ex impression) if I select it are the panels disappearing. When I call it in terminal the appear and disaper again after 2 sec.

Regarding 1: Do you happen to use LightDM as a display manager? LightDM draws its background as the root window background (i.e. 'desktop background') until Xfdesktop has loaded. Xfce's panel is drawn over this background. This is 'normal' behavior.

Regarding 2: It sounds like there's something wrong with the icon theme you're using. Does it only happen with that specific icon theme, or does it happen with the 'default' (Adwaita) too?

No I use lxdm. But I've testet without any Login manager with the same result

What exactly is it that you see when that 'disorder' appears? If possible, post a picture of it (if it's a large picture, post it on something like imgur and post the link here). Also post your full Xorg log (in code tags), as I assume the issue may lie in X.
Additionally, check your ~/.xsession-errors for anything that may hint at the issue at hand - and if it contains no 'sensitive' information (which it normally shouldn't, save for an occurrence of your username), post it here too.
