Steam Not Detecting Folders Properly

I have a dedicated game drive that I've set up in my fstab file to automatically mount in /run/media/username/. I installed Steam from the default flatpak repository and for some reason when I try to add the existing Steam library folder on my game drive Steam can't see my /run/media folder. It sees my /run folder just fine but for whatever reason it won't pick up my /run/media folder. This wasn't an issue when I was running Manjaro. What could be the cause of such a strange and frustrating issue? Thanks in advance for your responses.

Re: Steam Not Detecting Folders Properly

Why aye you mounting it under /run? That isn't the correct place to mount drives.

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan

Re: Steam Not Detecting Folders Properly

And making it clear, the WHY it's because /run is a tmpfs, meaning that it's volatile, the better way would be to mount int on /var/games as 'intended' and manage your user access...
Then again, 'this worked in Manjaro but not on Arch' it's not a good way of requesting support for such an issue...
