Ethernet over Dock does not work

Hi

My laptop is connected to a dock. After boot, my ethernet is not recognized. I have to unplug the power from the dock, plug it in again, and then ethernet connects immediately.

I compated lspci and lsusb before and after unplugging the dock, with no difference. Output show the following:

In journalctl I have the following message in regards to the Network:

eth0: Failed to rename network interface 6 from 'eth0' to 'enp0s20f0u4u1u3c2': Invalid argument

Any ideas how I can make my ethernet work without having to unplug the dock first?

I use a Lenovo OneLink+ Dock with the following laptop:
