Setting up systemd services to run for after zfs mount

I do not have a ZFS root, but I do have multiple encrypted datasets which are mounted sometime after boot manually. Ultimately I want to be able to set it up such that I can create systemd services that only run after a given dataset has been mounted. I have been trying to figure out if there is a way to create a target (I think this is what I want) which triggers only after I have decrypted and mounted the file systems.

Maybe path-triggered units will work?
