No video thumbnails with deepiin file manager

hi guys, about 3 mounth ago i have installed arch with deepin desktop, and everything works fine. but recently after update the system, i found that the deepin file manager will no longger auto generate the video thumbnails.  i dont know why, and someone can help me?

Try looking through the settings of the manager, there might be a maximum file size for generating thumbnails.

thanks, but i can't find any similar settings in the manager. and i have tried many different video files with different file size, and all of these can not auto generate thumbnails.
