Package under aur.archlinux.org vs www.archlinux.org

So I was trying to install Enlightenment Desktop Environment. I found two packages:
https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extr … ghtenment/  and
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/enlightenment-git/

I am NOT asking the difference between enlightenment and enlightenment-git, I know the difference. But my question is: why enlightenment 0.24.2-1 exits on www.archlinux.org but via AUR (aur.archlinux.org), I can't find the same package? Is there any difference between packages in aur.archlinux.org and www.archlinux.org? The one on www is marked as AUR extra. Is this why?
