Problem with headset and headphone's microphone

Hello guys

2 month ago i realized that i have a problem with external microphone on pc:   problem with headset and headphone's microphone in arch linux kde.

I don't know micrphone is disabled or muted or system can't recognize the chip or ...  but for any reason i can't use microphone.
I had an issue with speaker or output sound with headset and headphone's but with pavucontrol fixed, however every time i log in i need to change the profile in pavucontrol but output sound is ok and works, but the big problem is input or microphone,  i read wiki but wasn't helpful and i cannot fix this problem after a week.
I know that the problem is not with headset or headphone beacause i changed and i tested a few headphones or headset i mean i wasn't test with just one headphone but the problem is the same.

these images captured when i can use output audio (i mean when i have output sound from headphones with changing profile in pavucontrol ) but at the same time there is no microphone!

After 2 month of trying and searching i still have the same exact issue with any headphone or hands-frees i just can use output sound and the input sound never detected for me.
I read wiki, tried many many times, searched a lot but still i can't fix this problem!
So please help me if you know something or having any idea about my issue please let me know.

Had the same problem, what helped me was the following configuration:

Audio Jack

If you want to use the microphone from the headset plugged in the combo jack input add this line to alsa config:

/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

options snd-hda-intel model=dell-headset-multi

And reboot the machine.
