Can't boot from usb (Error: PCIe Bus Error)

When i'm booting with an USB i get this error:

 pcieport 0000:00:1c.5: AER: Corrected error received: id=00e5
pcieport 0000:00:1c.5: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer, id=00e5(Receiver ID) 

with thousands of iterations. I tried to add pci=noaer and pci=nomsi to boot options, but it did not work.
