Issues with new GPU.

I got a new GPU recently (MSI RX 570 Armor OC). Ever since I installed it, I have been having a strange issue whenever my monitor disconnects from it. My monitor will disconnect when it enters Power-Save mode, which means that if my screen blanks, it disconnects.

When It disconnects, it switches from DisplayPort-3 to DisplayPort-4 (according to xrandr). I don't even have a 4th DisplayPort on my GPU (only 3). I have to Ctrl+Alt+F2, restart LightDM, and log back in. If it happens again, it won't let me Ctrl+Alt+F2 (stays black), and I would assume this is because it switched to DisplayPort-5 (again, a non-existant port).

I think that when my monitor disconnects, it tries to find another monitor to display to, and screws up. But, I have no idea.

I am using AMDGPU, Mesa 20.1.5, Linux-Xanmod kernel, and all I have set up in my 20-amdgpu.conf is TearFree.

Is there anymore information I should provide?

NOTE: This is copied from a StackOverflow post also by me, I really want to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Re: Issues with new GPU.

The output is probably registered as a link from itself (next in a bogus daisy chain) - the problem will be with the kernel module, hence dmesg resp. the system journal from such boot ("sudo journalctl -b -1" for the previous boot) might provide some details.

I just babbled on for an entire paragraph about solving current problems with Nvidia...

I couldn't find any logs that appeared when the monitor turned off (what triggers it to do this).
