Kde global shortcut keys cannot take effect after binding

Hello,guys！
I want to bind the meta+s key to the konsole application, but after setting the shortcut keys in the system, there is no response when pressing the shortcut keys, but other shortcut keys work normally and there is no conflict between the shortcut keys.
Is there any solution?
