SOLVED:The software Python2-Urwid upgrade has been incorrectly updated

First, the solution:
terminal:

yay python2-pip

The installation pip.
then

python2 -m pip install mock

I don't know how it works, but it works.

Then install or upgrade it.

But this bag is said to be out of date and I don't know what the replacement bag is.

It is best to consider uninstalling pip.

In addition, this bag has been marked out of date. How do you know which bag should be replaced?

Re: SOLVED:The software Python2-Urwid upgrade has been incorrectly updated

No, it has not been updated incorrectly, but has not been updated at all. It fails at the check function, which is about to happen.

Do not use yay for this. Try with plain makepkg, and if that fails also, try makepkg --nocheck.

Re: SOLVED:The software Python2-Urwid upgrade has been incorrectly updated

Yes, I did try this, but type in the following:

[taizongh@leccesg ~]$ python2 -m pip install mock
/usr/bin/python2: No module named pip

Sorry, I didn't read it clearly. Could you please tell me what the input is?
