[SOLVED]vim paste to terminal with CTRL+shift+v

how do i paste the text i copied from vim to terminal with Ctrl+shift+v
i can paste to and from web with "+y and "+p
my environment: arch i3

$ vim --version|grep clipboard
+clipboard         +jumplist          +popupwin          +user_commands
+ex_extra          -mouse_jsbterm     -sun_workshop      +xterm_clipboard

i solved by myself
for people in the future
